ICE-SAR 2010

International Search & Rescue  Conference
www.icesar.com
Despite the volcano eruption ICE-SAR 2010 will proceed as planned and be bigger and better than ever: Since 1990 ICE-SAR, Icelandic Association for Search and Rescue, has hosted a search and rescue conference called "Björgun" ("Rescue"). Through the years the conference has developed and grown into a full blown SAR conference with 50-60 interesting lectures in four different halls so everyone should find something of interest. In 2006 it was for the first time held in both English and Icelandic with international participants as well as lecturers.
MAKE THE MOST OF IT......
Rescue 2010 will be held October 22.-24. 2010. Participants will be able to attend pre conference courses at various locations in Iceland before the conference starts and take part in various other activities outside the conference. That way you can make the most out of your visit to Iceland

images/stories/producthighlights/extractorproweb.jpg

The Extractor PRO water rescue board from EXTRACTOR of California has  been an industry standard for quick rescue pick ups in the surfline, rivers and  other near shore situations for the past 20 years. This model, due to its size  and weight, is designed for use with pwcs where a single rescue operator is  available to operate the pwc, or may be used in situations where a rescue  swimmer is used to assist the victim.
